Landscaping tour focuses on being water-wise

The 6th annual Conservation Landscaping Tour is Aug. 11 from 1-5pm.

This year’s tour will feature turf conversions and water-wise landscapes in the Tahoe Keys. There will be conservation presentations and information, light refreshments, and live music.

Tickets are available event day from 1-3. Cost is $10, with children free.

Meet at the Tahoe Keys owners pavilion at 356 Ala Wai Blvd., South Lake Tahoe.

    Lake Tahoe has always been on top when it comes to water preservation and conservation. I have been seeing those “keep Tahoe blue” stickers since I was young.
