Low-income auto insurance rates go down

Low-income residents in California are about to pay less for car insurance.

The state Department of Insurance cuts the rates for the California Low Cost Auto Insurance Program.

El Dorado and Placer counties’ annual premiums start at $226. Rates are different in each county.
