A house in Incline Village just sold for $19.75 million.

Known as the StoneGate estate, it had been listed by Chase International. The name is from the exterior granite stonework.

For that price tag, the buyer gets a private pier, 100 feet of sandy beach and more than 10,000 square feet of living space — including five bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, an exercise room and wine cellar.

The interior was designed by Michael S. Smith. Smith is known for his work with Hollywood celebrities, but most notable is his work on the White House for the Obama family.

The house was built in 2006.
