It is laughable watching the scientists/politicans try to figure out the degrading of lake clarity. All they have to do is fly over the cesspool of Tahoe Keys for their answer.
I remember when they were building Tahoe keys,it was back in late 60″s early 70 Nancy”s right! that whole area including Pope beach, was all wetlands a natural filter for the upper Truckee river! I believe it was about that time the T.R.P.A. was just forming! the problem now is how do you go about repairing this forsaken SCAB! I’m afraid if you try to peel back the bandage now we”ll probably make matters worse! Ray Nattrass
