• Ty Cobb’s hunting and fishing retreat at Lake Tahoe has an asking pricing of $6.5 million.

• The January-February issue of Via magazine has a blurb about the Nevada Museum of Art, including a picture of a Phyllis Shafer painting. Shafer runs the art department at Lake Tahoe Community College.

    I hope VTV videos become a regular feature, it’s nice to know what’s going on with the kids, it increases my sense of community, as I am pretty detached, having no kids in school anymore.
