Drought exposes more dangers of illegal bridge jumping

Jerry and Robyn Trudeau of Carmichael walked under the Salmon Falls Bridge in El Dorado County in disbelief Wednesday.
“It’s really unbelievable,” Robyn Trudeau said. “So many have jumped off this bridge as teenagers.”
Her husband was one of them.
But one look at the lack of water flowing under the bridge and the Trudeaus remarked how no one would think of doing that now.
