All fall sports athletes in the Tahoe area are eligible to receive a free preparticipation physical on May 6 from 5-7pm at Douglas High School and June 2 at 5:30pm in the Blue Gym at South Tahoe High School.

The physical includes: vital signs, orthopedic evaluations, and medical screenings.

All students must bring completed and signed history and parental consent forms to their physical, or a parent or guardian must be present. Forms may be picked up in the school office or through the athletic coach.
