South Lake Tahoe woman missing

Ruth Anne Scudder, 28, has not been seen by her family since June 4.

The South Lake Tahoe woman is considered a voluntarily missing adult. She lives with family in town.

She has a mild mental handicap, which causes the police to consider her at risk.

Scudder does not drive and, although she has a history of voluntarily leaving home unannounced, she has always returned within a few days.

Scudder is 5-foot-4 and weighs 135 pounds. She has blonde hair and green eyes.

No crime is suspected at this time.
