EDSO deputy hurt in crash on West Slope

An El Dorado County sheriff’s deputy was injured in a vehicle crash near Highway 50, a spokesman for the department said Saturday.

The deputy was hit at about 11:20pm Friday at the intersection of El Dorado Hills Boulevard and the eastbound Highway 50 onramp, investigators said.
