10 locals to dance for charity

Rehearsals are about to begin for the third annual Dancing with the Tahoe Stars.

The fundraiser for Tahoe Arts Project pairs 10 South Shore residents with professional dancers. It is based on the TV show “Dancing with the Stars.”

This year’s local contestants are: Paul Bruso, Jason Collin, Joe Laub, Howie Nave, Martin Goldberg, Corrina Osborne, Ginger Nicolay-Davis, Jenn Boyd, Rita Wang and Lisa McDaniel.

Judges for the evening will be Marcia Sarosik, Don Bosson, Joan Elias and Paul Middlebrook.

The event is March 7 at 6:30pm at MontBleu in Stateline.

Reserved tickets are $15-$45.
