Father faces murder charge in death of infant

Trent Getty of Douglas County has been charged with first degree murder in the death of his 2-month-old daughter.

He is expected to appear in East Fork Justice Court in Minden on Jan. 16.

Getty waived extradition to Nevada after being arrested in Sacramento on Jan. 13.

He was being held without bail.
