Teen arrested in Placerville graffiti spree
By Cathy Locke, Sacramento Bee
Placerville police report that a juvenile has been arrested in connection with graffiti that has appeared throughout the city during the past couple of weeks.
The arrest was made Wednesday. Police said graffiti incidents had increased in recent weeks, and all the tagging was similar, indicating that it might have been the work of one person or group.
Tattoo his face with a giant Hello Kitty on his forehead so he can spend the rest of his life knowing what it is like to deface another person’s property.
If found guilty they should lock him up for a couple of months with his phone just out of reach.
Part of his punishment needs to be removing grafitti with out the benefit of gloves. For the next 10 years..without a cell phone, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week under the supervision of someone not too friendly. And picking up garbage wherever its needed, with that hello kitty tattoo on his face…thats to begin with,
10 years? Wow.
Hmmm, it was an arbitrary time, I figured 10 years of doing most anything helps you”grow up” and mature enough that you might decide this choice of activity might not be the best choice.
If he’s doing cleanup 40 hours a week for 10 years, who is feeding and housing him?
