2 patients tested for measles in Placer County

At least two people are being tested for measles in Placer County, public health officials confirmed Thursday.

Robert Oldham, public health officer for Placer County, said the pending cases aren’t any cause for alarm. Measles tests, he said, are constantly being conducted because doctors across the state are carefully watching for the disease in patients.
