    $75 to drive to Placerville ? That’s a lot of gas, what was he driving ?
    Did Novasel ask the County to reimburse herself for the trip ?

    Someone who lives in the City, please show-up tomorrow and call him out on this. No one forced him to go.
    Where is the agenda item to have the City and current tenants of the Hole repay the handful of property owners that lost their lives work? Hal, you signed the contract on behalf of the City, right? with no performance bond? We are waiting to see you do the morally right thing and get these property owners made whole.
