A Placerville man was arrested on indecent exposure charges 25 minutes after registering as a sex offender.

Esteban Rocha, 51, registered about 11:50am June 23 with Placerville police. The process took about 40 minutes.

Just after 1pm a 911 call was placed regarding a man who had exposed himself to a woman in the 1300 block of Broadway Avenue. The woman ID’d Rocha.

He was arrested on charges of parole violation and committing indecent exposure with prior convictions.
