Saint Joseph Community Land Trust wants to express its gratitude to Wells Fargo Bank for their recent $3,000 grant to our Affordable Housing Fund.

This generous donation kicks-off our latest fund drive effort, which includes a goal of raising $300,000 for our next affordable housing project. This project is ambitious, but we are confident we will be able to raise the funds needed to purchase a home, refurbish it (if needed), and sell or rent it to a local household at an affordable price under our shared equity homeownership program.
