S. Tahoe man accused of sex crimes with child

A 69-year-old South Lake Tahoe man was arrested Aug. 19 on charges of lewd and lascivious acts with a child, oral copulation of a child under 16 years old, oral copulation of a child by force, and oral copulation of a victim with a mental disability.
Bail was set at $1 million for Allan Delisle.
South Lake Tahoe police officers are not releasing specifics about the case to protect the juvenile victim.

He’s a former Civil Air Patrol instructor. So he, like Sundusky, had alot of interaction with youths. I know of someone that had an experience where he didn’t want to be around him anymore. About 18 years ago…. I hope the can of warms opens up on this bastard
Tahoe born, if someone had notified authorities 18 years ago they might have saved the current victim a lifetime of nightmares.
I can tell you from experience that folks dabbling in those sorts of crimes almost always attract a lot of interest years before anyone takes the trouble to call a criminal investigator. And the cases are so difficult to make in court that law enforcement often has a thick file assembled before a court-worthy case can be developed.
But like so much of police work, often nothing can happen unless a citizen is willing to stand up and stand tall.
There are a handful of crimes which i believe warrant the death penalty. This is one of them. Firing squad…no blindfold.

I say let him serve a couple years in prison and find out whatnit is like to be on the other end of forced oral copulation then hang him.
