Gaines makes it official — running for EDC supervisor

Beth Gaines, who represents part of Tahoe in the California Assembly, made it official Friday that she will be running for the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors.

Gaines, who now lives in El Dorado Hills, will seek the seat currently occupied by Ron Mikulaco.

The election is next year.

Term limits will force her out of the Assembly.
