‘Northern Grease’ to air 3 times around Tahoe
“Northern Grease”, an independent documentary that tells a story of snowboarders and surfers learning the social and environmental impacts of resource extraction in Northern Canada, will be shown at three Lake Tahoe locations this fall.
Local Freshies in association with Beyond Boarding created the film. The Tahoe showings are fundraisers for Beyond Boarding and the League to Save Lake Tahoe.
Longtime snowboarder and environmentalist Mike Basich will be presenting how he got involved, living off the grid and the topic of the tiny house.
