Suspect in drive-by shooting named

South Lake Tahoe police are looking for Sam Tovar, 32, in connection with a drive-by shooting last week.

Officers searched a mobile home park on Oct. 20, but did not locate the suspect.

Tovar — who also goes by Primo and David Angeles — is a suspect in the Oct. 14 shooting of a 19-year-old South Lake Tahoe man near Ski Run Boulevard and Highway 50. The victim was shot in the leg.

Anyone with information is asked to call the South Lake Tahoe Police Department at 530.542.6100 or Lake Tahoe Secret Witness at 530.541.6800.

    Times Mr. Gangster by thousands and many are last seen fleeing to the border and going home for awhile and then buying new papers for a new identity for new crimes and reappearing. This wide open border and sanctuary state has produced numerous major crimes like attempted murder and other serious crimes in the basin this year, including the shooting into a vehicle of innocent people in Meyers. Anyone had enough yet?

    I’ve BEEN DOING SOME MATH 80,000,000 baby boomers

    20,000,000 with social security checks and rv’s should go to Mexico and take over the Beach Resorts! Many of my friends are down there right now having a GR8 time.

    Many more fellow BB’s intend to go down there(Mexico) soon for some RnR(rest and relaxation)w/ of course the pre requisite SS checks:)…the Mexican people LOVE BB’s w/ SS checks and more than welcome ‘tourists’ and from what I hear take really good care of them.

    We could teach them about ‘time sharing” the RV spaces!!!
