Lake Tahoe was formed 3 million years ago when lava from Mt. Pluto plugged the outlet.

3 million years of the weather cycles filling and yes depleting Lake Tahoe and some people will have you believe 200 years of modern science can tell us global warming is caused by humans.

    I am going swimming !

Global warming? When does this article mention that? Obsessed are we?

You may be trying to swim, but your grasp of the facts will likely drown you. You have fundamental misunderstandings about the huge body of evidence provided by the best available science concerning the RATE of warming. It’s unprecedented.

Yet you will rely on science for your little Tahoe history lesson. Those facts are indisputable eh? Yawn. Wear a life preserver.
