By Patrick McGreevy, Christine Mai-Duc and Jon Schleuss, Los Angeles Times

Californians face new restrictions on carrying guns, new regulations on medical marijuana, and higher pay if they earn minimum wage under laws that take effect in 2016.

Parents, students, healthcare providers and anyone who gets behind the wheel of a car will see changes — some immediately, some over the course of the year.

Many of the 807 bills signed into law touch on broad aspects of California residents’ everyday lives or address major issues like voter participation, and life and death.

Just what this state doesn’t need is more laws, almost a thousand more, and with it will leave another thousand businesses and tens of thousands of tax payers. Senile Jerry and Insane Hussein should move to declare the lower state a republic of Mexico so that immigration laws are actually enforced and the welfare burden will disappear as they don’t have a welfare system. The number of prisoners will also greatly decrease as they will face severe punishment instead of early release for a change.

Part of the 80,000,000 babyboomers should take their RV’s, SS checks and reverse invade MEXICO…take over the coasts and then rotate…20,000,000 on each coast should do it.

Control the beaches, have a good time…the MEXICANS will love the business and they can stay home and run the beach RV camps for the boomers!!

More laws? Breast feeding locations in schools? Granting a U Visa to an illegal alien to now stay but if they were not allowed in the first place to be here, they never would have had a law enforcement contact in the first place. Guess who pays for all of this??
Glad to be retired and glad to live out of California.

California is in the top ten of states that pay more in Federal taxes than they get back. So if you want to cut off your nose to spite your face…have at it. “Senile” Jerry has turned this state’s finances around, but don’t let facts get in the way.

Justice, as usual, you show a complete lack of research effort. Just an example, as regards welfare in Mexico:

“Oportunidades (English: Opportunities) (now rebranded as Prospera) is a government social assistance (welfare) program in Mexico founded in 2002, based on a previous program called Progresa, created in 1997. It is designed to target poverty by providing cash payments to families in exchange for regular school attendance, health clinic visits, and nutrition support. Oportunidades is credited with decreasing poverty and improving health and educational attainment in regions where it has been deployed.”

That search took 5 seconds. There is more information available on Wikipedia and elsewhere should you want to educate yourself.
