On Feb. 2, a panel will discuss transit plans for the Lake Tahoe Basin, the challenges and opportunities for improving transit, and the North Shore Transit Vision.

Panelists include Sandy Evans-Hall, executive director of the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association; George Fink, transit system program manager for the Tahoe Transportation District; and Jaime Wright, executive director of the Truckee North Tahoe Transportation Management Association.

The talk is from noon to 1:30pm in the Tahoe City Public Utility District Board Room, 221 Fairway Drive.
