Minor earthquake registers south of SLT

A tiny temblor shook the South Lake Tahoe region early Friday morning.

According to the Nevada Seismic Laboratory, a 1.14 earthquake struck 12.5 miles south of South Lake Tahoe at 1:09am Feb. 19.
