A 60-year-old hiker who went missing Sunday night in the Caples Lake area was found this morning at 6.

The name and hometown of the hiker have not been released.

The report came into to El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department on June 12 at 9pm. The person had been last seen near the Caples Lake trail at Silverfork Campground.

Search teams were out all night. They found the cold, tired hiker by the trail on June 13.
