Liberty Utilities gave scholarships to several high school and community college students living within the utility’s service territory. This is the fourth consecutive year that Liberty has provided these awards.

Winners include:

• South Tahoe High School – Kimberly Fisher
• Loyalton High School – Hayden Ketchum
• Coleville High School – Kiera Elam
• North Tahoe High School – Makenzie Clauss
• Portola High School – Marcela Cardenas
• Truckee High School – Olivia Yale
• Lake Tahoe Community College – William Tovar.

Each high school senior received $500, and the community college student received $750.
