The American Legion Post 795 of South Lake Tahoe is hosting an Oktoberfest celebration that includes a traditional German meal and live music by the Cash Only Band on Oct. 1.

Food will be served from noon-5pm. Cost is $10.

The American Legion Hall is located at 2748 Lake Tahoe Blvd.
