Defaulted properties in El Dorado County will be auctioned Nov. 4 by the tax collector.

Properties for sale includes approximately 45 in El Dorado County and 280 timeshare intervals in the  Lake Tahoe Basin. A complete list of parcels can be viewed online.

The auction will be at Planning Commission Hearing Room, 2850 Fair Lane Court (Building C) in Placerville at 1:30pm.

Potential buyers may complete the bidder registration form online in advance. Some parcels may have bond obligations associated with them, or they could have limited rights.
