The search for a missing plane is expected to resume this morning.

El Dorado County search and rescue teams started looking for the Cessna on Monday, but to no avail. Weather prevented a helicopter from assisting.

The pilot of a Cessna flying from Idaho to Sacramento has not been heard from since Saturday.

The last contact with the aircraft was when it was over the mountains southwest of South Lake Tahoe.
