·       South Lake Tahoe Library is having a Winter Extravaganza on Dec. 10 from 10am-noon. Creation stations will be set up with easy to make, seasonal decorations suitable for all ages. Santa Claus is scheduled to drop by. The library is at 1000 Rufus Allen Blvd.
