·       Lake Tahoe Community College and Lake Tahoe Unified School District boards of education will meet together on March 28 at 5pm at the college.

·       El Dorado County is accepting nominations for senior of the year. Must be at least 60. Nomination forms are available online. 

·      There will be a blood drive on March 3 starting at 11am at the South Lake Tahoe Recreation Center, 1180 Rufus Allen Blvd.

·      Truckee Tavern and Grill’s Blueprint of the Cocktails classes will be on Saturdays from 6-7:30pm in July and August. Classes are $75 per person (gratuity included) and limited to 10 participants ages 21 and older. Reserve a spot by calling 530.587.3766.

·      El Dorado County Supervisor Shiva Frentzen is having a for a town hall meeting regarding road conditions in the southern part of the county on Feb. 15 from 6-8pm at Mountain Creek Middle School, 6862 Mt. Aukum Road, Somerset.
