A 43-year-old Connecticut man died Feb. 23 while snowboarding at Northstar.

The name of the victim has not been released.

He was skiing on advanced terrain, according to resort officials.

Other skiers found the man in a tree well and summoned help. Attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.
