Tahoe Tails — Adoptable Pets in South Lake Tahoe

Emily

Emily is a 4-year-old, 35 pound English Bull terrier mix who has lived with kids, cats and dogs. She is very sweet, very energetic and loves car rides.

Bull terriers are not for everyone. These dogs do best with active families, for they have a high energy level that comes in bursts. Emily needs frequent, brisk walks, occasional vigorous games of ball, and total immersion in the family, meaning lots of companionship and interactive play sessions.

Emily is spayed, microchipped, tested for heart worm, and vaccinated. She is at the El Dorado County Animal Services shelter in Meyers, along with many other dogs and cats who are waiting for their new homes. Go to the Tahoe animal shelter’s Facebook page to see photos and descriptions of all pets at the shelter.
