A head-on collision on Highway 50 claimed the life of one person on Monday.

Nevada Highway Patrol has not released any details about the accident, or conditions of other people involved.

The June 26 accident occurred about 5pm just west of the curve before the Hidden Woods neighborhood.

Traffic is flowing in both directions, but with restrictions and slowly.
