Owen McKenna is back, this time investigating a murder on Fannette Island.

The fictional detective is the star to the series of books written by local author Todd Borg. Borg just released his latest mystery thriller “Tahoe Payback.”

It is available online.

Borg will be scattered about Northern California and Northern Nevada giving talks, signing his book as well as selling them.
