Nevada No. 2 in U.S. for foreclosure activity in April

A Wednesday report from California research firm RealtyTrac found that foreclosure activity across the state was up 39 percent year over year in the month, extending to one in every 555 homes. That was good enough for No. 2 in the nation for default-related activity.
Florida ranked No. 1, with one in every 425 homes in some stage of foreclosure. Maryland, New Jersey and Tennessee rounded out the top five.
Nevada… #2 in Foreclosures and last in Education.
Yeah, those who scoff at NV can stay away.
NV has no income tax, allows open carry and at-will concealed carry, and even marijuana has been legalized for medicinal use. Freedom is worth something.
Socialists need not move in.
The gun laws in nevada are definately one reason to stay away from there. Im glad wrongula finds her ilk there. No surprise…
Stoned gun carriers, what could go wrong?
One in every 555 homes is in default. Lets say 255 of the homes are free and clear. Early government retires from CA and the like.
That leaves one home out of every three hundred homes in some stage of default.
Sure looks like those uneducated Nevada loan officers could use some help from the fine CA school system.
I guess this is doggie-style freedom but open carry and at will concealment foretell much of what is wrong with our society and the tragic consequences seen daily with, sadly, more to come.
Nature: Yes, by all means stay clear of what scares you and intimidates you. Thank GOD you don’t own a gun. You will def hurt yourself.
With gaming and **** houses a major industry how could you go wrong ?
If you think there are no “****” houses or gambling in YOUR state just because it’s illegal, you are deluding yourself. Victimless crimes simply cost money and human resources that could be better spent elsewhere. Nevada is smart to allow people to do what they will do anyway, while keeping it as clean and above-board as possible.
Again. Nevada is last in education… we get that.
