I wonder if anybody has an exact count of how many agencies (Federal, state, county, city) there actually are here at Tahoe, regulating every facet of Tahoe’s existence?
If you added the environmental agencies that don’t have any actual authority, only the ability to throw up legal roadblocks (League to Save LT, Sierra Club) I’ll bet you’d be in the dozens.

25 by my last count. That is how many sets of plans I had to turn in for the building in Meyers to the TRPA for everyone.
