I counted four DCSO cars at the site at about 4:15. Must be a slow crime day.

No one directing traffic or placing flares.

I totally believe no one directed traffic or placed flares. We live in the Zephyr Heights area and when the accident that resulted in a motorcyclist death occured my husband was stuck for over 4 hours at Zephyr Cove Beach area. ??????
