Gamblers are betting against a Trump White House
By Matt Egan, CNN Money
Don’t bank on Donald Trump becoming the 45th president of the United States.
That’s the message from the gamblers placing bets on the 2016 race for the White House.
Trump is beating his rivals by double-digits in national polls, but bettors remain skeptical the billionaire’s lead will last until the Republican convention in Cleveland.
Jeb Bush is actually the odds-on favorite to win the GOP nomination, according to Irish gambling website Paddy Power. (Nevada casinos are prohibited from offering bets on U.S. political elections.)
Donald Trump has about as much a chance of becoming the POTUS as did Michelle Bachmann, Herman Cain, Rick Perry, Rick Santorum, Ron Paul, or Newt Gengrich did in 2012.
ie, NO CHANCE AT ALL!
Flavor of the month is the GOP’s favorite primary election game.
True. The Democrats keep recycling the same old same old over. And over. And over.
Clintons, Browns, etc. . .
Dog-
Don’t you REALLY mean both the parties keep cycling the same old same old over and over, peppered with a few odd balls we have never considered politicians?
You can hardly saddle either the Dems or Repubs for following this practice.
Rich, politically active families of both stripes tend to put generations (or their minions) in the pipeline line and run them one after another.
Eldorado county and South Lake Tahoe are just as guilty in this practice too.
