usfs·       The U.S. Forest Service Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit has lifted fire restrictions. Campfires are allowed with a valid permit in the following areas: Luther Pass, Blackwood Canyon and Watson Lake campgrounds, as well as the Meiss roadless area. For more info, call 530.543.2694.

·      The Festival of Trees and Lights at MontBleu in Stateline is Dec. 2-6.
