The latest phone scam in Nevada has people posing as officials form the state Attorney General’s Office or U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Callers are trying to collect personal information and money.

These agencies don’t actually call people directly asking for money.

The Attorney General’s Office number is 775.684.1100 if anyone has questions.
