Bettors make late run on underdog Broncos

A dominant defensive performance by the Denver Broncos helped send Peyton Manning into the sunset as a winner, if indeed it was the final game of the legendary quarterback’s NFL career.
The Panthers, who received overwhelming wagering support early, closed as 5-point favorites at most Las Vegas sports books.
But bettors made a late run on the underdog Broncos, who cashed at around plus-180 on the money line.
