Why the heck has this common sense legislation taken over 20 years to be brought to the state legislature?
Hundreds of businesses, large and small have been severely hurt by garbage lawsuits (extortion)so a small group of crips can purge their sick souls and make lots of money. Half a billion was spent in LA county to slope curbs and rarely do you see a wheelchair bound person using them. Senator Roth you are to be congratulated. I hope your Democratic colleagues go along with you and this is not just for show.
