·       Snowboarder Jamie Anderson of Meyers has been nominated in the Best Female Action Sports Athlete category for the 2016 ESPY Awards.

·       Starting June 27, Homewood Mountain Resort will host a cornhole league. On Monday nights from 5 -9pm until Aug. 22 (with a bye on July 4), teams will play three games per night. Teams will consist of two players and two alternates, with a one-time entry fee of $40 per team.
