Cannabis treats give senior dog a new lease on life

As the medical marijuana industry grows in Nevada, more people are turning to cannabis to treat their chronic pain; but now some dog owners are following suit.
In Jaci Goodman’s household, dogs aren’t just pets. They’re part of the family. She said, “they’re our children because we didn’t have kids.”
As they watched Riley’s quality of life degrade, Goodman’s family looked for an alternative treatment. She said friends recommended Cani Bits — dog treats made with cannabis.
