Heavenly ski patrol fundraiser
Heavenly ski patrol fundraiser on April 10 at 4:30pm at the top level of the city’s parking garage at Heavenly Village.
Blue Turtle Seduction and an opening band will provide entertainment for this all-age event.
Tickets are $10.

What are they raising money for?
In the past, the Heavenly Ski Patrol has donated funds to the Cancer League, Special Olympics, Boys and Girls Club, Sierra Avalanche Center, and this year expected donations will be going to the Special Olympics and the Bob Tara Memorial fund, which is named after a patroller who passed away unexpectdly last year and is set up to help his family and others like them endure financial hardship.
Seems a smarter thing to do for the whole community would be Heavenly let people ski for free with donation for 15.00 and up to go to charities for patrolmen Etc…
Have the Ca. Lodge set up for BBQING ,drinks, and the band.

As a member of patrol, this event has given us a great feeling of accomplishment to help out the community. We have staged this for ten years now. Heavenly has made contributions to us and with the support of management, the members are able to decide what, where, how, when, and to whom. As far as the facilities, we have an option in case the weather isn’t favorable. We are hoping for the same as last year, which was a warm, perfect, spring day and the view was fantabulous. Thank you for your support.
