Steph Curry is ready to add to his hardware. Coming off this week’s NBA championships, the Gold State Warrior has committed to play in the annual American Century Championship next month.

Joining Curry at Edgewood Tahoe will be his father, Dell; just like last year.

Also returning is entertainer Justin Timberlake.

This will be Curry’s fifth time to play the ACC. His best finish was in 2013 when he placed fourth. Harrah’s Lake Tahoe sportsbook has him at 20:1 odds to win this year.

The tournament is July 11-16 in Stateline.

Mr. Curry is a disappointment because he said he would not go to the White House in celebration of Oakland winning the NBA championship. This is a long standing tradition of championship sport teams. Is this putting politics ahead of the office of the Presidency?
    Shame on him.

P.S. Will this effect the gate receipts and advertising like an equally famous football player did with the San Francisco 49’ers?
