Teen summer program combines travel, adventure

The American River Conservancy has announced a summer program for teenagers that combines adventure travel and community service.
Epic Sierra Adventures invites youths 15 to 18 to participate in the River, Rocks and Ranges tour during July and August. The cost is $1,650.
