My daily routine has included Lake Tahoe News for years. I am so going to miss it and will soon be living in the dark without it. This is such a sad time to have to say goodbye to it and all that Kae has done and given to it and us. On a side note, here’s a huge hug to you Kae and sincerest Thanx for all you have done for all these past years. Enjoying every aspect of LTN, the saddest to say good bye to is the ‘Snippets’ section. No one else carries the little unknown events and adventures occurring like LTN does/did. I was dependent on this section for so many little events that I would never have known about without this section. Like the Bag Pipe player at the library, the Bear Dogs and their demonstration, the talk on getting along with Wildlife, the Star Gazing events at Spooner, too many others to list. So many adventures to have experienced (and so enjoyed) and only because LTN Snippets told us about them. I am now going to be living without these many adventures here in Tahoe because I won’t even know about them occurring. This is the saddest part of LTN’s sign off that I will truly miss. If only LTN could continue on with this section alone… From now on I will just be sitting home with no idea of what is out there and happening in our town.
