Motorists should anticipate overnight lane closures on Highway 28 from July 15 through July 19 as roadway shoulders and drainage systems are cleaned.

Single lane closures and travel delays of up to 30 minutes should be anticipated on are expected on those dated from between 6pm and 4:30am daily. The mobile road improvement operation is scheduled to begin in the Crystal Bay area on July 15, and move eastward over the following nights.

Roadside drainage, shoulders and slopes will be cleared of debris for a safer roadway and improved area water quality.
